Onboarding in the Merchant Portal

Text Message Marketing is onboarded through the Applova Merchant Portal (Plugins / app plugins). You connect a Vonage (formerly Nexmo) account, enter your API credentials, pick the monthly text package that matches your volume, and finish sender and compliance prompts before you send your first campaign.

Once live, order updates, OTPs, reminders, and promotional SMS can route through Vonage's network with delivery visibility in Applova. Customer lists and segments stay in sync so you're messaging people who have opted in.
